For the second consecutive Sat, I stopped browsing at the recruit section in the straits times. A sign that I am comfortable at my new company and intention to stay for a while there. After some discussion, they are able to sponsor my masters partially. And an announcement made 1 week after my term with the company, they are raising the percentage of the variable bonus by 1.5% of the annual salary package. =)

The first week has passed... everything has been so far so good.
Overall its a good company with good benefits.

Travelling to and fro is a pain, having to wake up so early. Somewhat different from the flexibility I used to have at IBM (can reach office at 10 or 11am etc..)
Not much work given to me yet but one thing is certain, the work pace here is alot slower that what I used to have at IBM.
I should not compare too much ... hehe

Rainy Sunday morning! cool but ruined my day for tennis as I've not played in a long time.. hhehee
KL trip was ok... Tiger airways. Overall, a good getaway except not enough sleep.
rented a car again this time, went Genting and also met up with some m'sian frens.

Brand new start tomorrow... getting to know new ppl again is something I dun look forward to too much.
Anyhow... I'm 1 step closer to my career goal.
some quick updates:
Yesterday was my last day with IBM.... Sad but life goes on... I will miss the people there =)
yesterday at 10pm rained super heavily.... but nice =)
I am flyin to KL in abt an hour... for a short break.
will be back this fri... till then =)
